Your phone is checked first, then your 12‑month Pro pass shows.
Press and hold the screen to rescan.
The rescan is where the score starts to mean something
One number shows where you sit today. Most people want the next answer: did the haircut, the sleep or the weeks of routine move it? Here is the app taken apart, piece by piece.
File 1
Rescan as often as something changes
With the Pro pass the scan count stops mattering. Scan after a haircut, after a week of better sleep, after a month of the routine, and keep every result to look back on.
Same light every time, a window in daylight is ideal.
Same distance and angle, hold the phone at eye level.
Neutral face, so the next scan reads the same you.
File 2
What sits behind your PSL rating
PSL rates a face from 1 to 8. The breakdown shows which parts lift your score and which hold it down.
The PSL scale comes from looksmaxxing forums and rates facial attractiveness on looks alone, usually from 1 to 8. The app scores each part of your face and lists it under the total, so you can see where your number comes from and which part a routine should work on first.
File 3
Mog battles, part by part
Put your scan next to a friend's and see who mogs who, row by row. Battles come with the Pro pass, so a rematch after a new scan costs nothing extra.
File 4
A routine for each day
The daily ascend routine gives you something to work on today. Pair it with a rescan in the same light every week or two, and the breakdown shows whether the work moved anything.

Honestly
PSL is a community scale, and light and angle can move a score. Treat it as your own progress chart, scan after scan.
